The book describes the role of Aragsan (the main character) in her family, the role of all family members and how the family spends their time when they are at home.
The aim of this book is to show how important girls and women in general are in our society. Finally, the book represents the peaceful nomadic life, the life cycle of Somali nomads and in general the beauty of Somali culture.
